Of bank rolls and tummy rolls...

....my two big problems at the moment.

*sigh*

I don't what my deal is, but for reason all the knowledge I have about finances etc. doesn't seem to make it's way to my actions and wallet. I know what I'm *supposed* to do, but I don't. I don't understand myself in this way.

I have realized just how bad I have been handling my money after a temporary pay-cut (long story) and the purchase of a car. Yipes.

Same thing with exercise. The combination of holiday food, gifts of chocolate, stress, and lack of extra time has been quite detrimental to my healthy ambitions.

Needless to say I am a bit disgusted with myself at the moment.

Lord help me!
