Got engaged...fell off the face of the earth

So yeah, it's been a while, ha! It's now 8 months and 6 days till Nathan and I tie the knot. It seems to be coming so fast already, and it's just gonna go by faster.

I've kinda taken a break from wedding planning to enjoy Christmas and the season. I was forced to initially cause I got sick and now I'm realizing I need a little break so that I can process all the emotions and craziness of the engagement season of life. I just want to enjoy being engaged and enjoy spending time with the people close to me (especially Nathan :D )

It's so easy to get caught up in the busy-ness of Christmas (or Hanukkah) with all the parties, shopping and whatnot and forget about what's truly important.

So, in these last few days before Christmas and before Hanukkah begins, enjoy the time. Take a moment to savor the crisp winter air, the holiday spirit, and thank God for all He's blessed you with!
