Work sucks...

I just cannot decide whether I really like my job. I think all told, it is too draining and the fluctuation depending on what kinds of calls I get is really frustrating. This week has probably been my worst week performance-wise, and I am just sick of working here.

I have the opportunity to possibly move up and get a slightly better position, but I am really skeptical now. I am seriously leaning towards quitting here and working a couple different childcare positions. They're both quite different, but I am hoping they will work out. One is taking care of 2 month old twin girls (I have already tried that one out and I really enjoy it) and the second is helping out a single dad with his three boys (ages 9, 12 and 15, or something like that). I have yet to meet the boys, but I am thinking that one may be a good balance, particularly if I have a chance to get some homework done when I am there. We'll see.

Anyway, if I could get that second one and start working more with the twins, then I can just quit working here.

Well, time to get back to work.....
