Last night, my back was really acting up and pinching a nerve or something. I haven't been to a chiropractor in about 2 months or so and I finally went today cause I don't want it to get worse, especially while I'm trying to move stuff around.
Lately, my fitness has been on my mind. I have not been exercising much at all and I really need to do that, otherwise I'm just gonna get worse and start feeling even more icky. I need to start out small though, otherwise I'll set myself up for failure - that much I know. I'm thinking some walking, then some situps and a little bit of weights to start with, then work up to more and more. I really need to be doing something.
My mom had lent a bike to a foreign exchange student, and she may be getting it back soon and let me have it, since she hasn't ever really used it. Then Nathan and I could go on bike rides together and I can also use it for getting around, rather than using my car and wasting gas. I've noticed that if I have some other factor involved in my exercise (like walking to actually go somewhere) it's much easier to get myself motivated, or if I have someone to do it with.
